At Hidra Pure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
